At CARiNG Pharmacy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases, offering a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items with original tags. Please ensure all items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the printed return form is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or CARiNG Pharmacy outlet.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
